Avant Garde Paper Ball

We are delighted to announce that this year we are holding an extra special artist extravaganza for our annual members’ party!

On Friday October 25th we hold the Avant-Garde Paper Ball for which our guests will arrive dressed in paper, favoring and introducing experimental and unusual ideas and styles. Some of us will explore this theme with all creative juices flowing and some of us will take the “less is more” approach and adorn our costumes with a paper flower or bow tie. We simply request that you wear paper to the ball. All manner of puns, eras, and genres are greatly encouraged!

Paper costumes will be admired by a panel of outrageously fabulous judges and could result in prizes and gifts for some fortunate individuals! Categories will include: creative use of material, over the top attire, intellectually stimulating, and out of the box. 

C5 has some recycled paper if you are in need of material for your costume creations, and come October we’ll throw in a workshop or two to support you with paper creations.

Be ready to mingle, munch, dance, and spectate in celebration of the arts and community!

If you are a CURRENT C5 Studios member – you’re already on the VIP Guest List!   Tell your friends there’s a party in your honor, and they’re invited!  Send them to our website or to C5 Studios to buy their tickets!
