Gigi de Jong

Hi, I’m Gigi.

I love the Eastern Sierra.

I’ve lived in Bishop for almost 20-years, exploring and experiencing the east side of California. For the past 8-years I’ve been publishing articles about my gorgeous hometown and the many things there are to do here. I've spent countless hours investigating, photographing, videoing, and, best of all, enjoying the Eastern Sierra.

Through my site, EasterSierra365.com, I’d like to share it with you.

Wheelchair Accessible Places to Go and Things to Do in the Eastern Sierra

The Eastern Sierra is known as an outdoor paradise and it is accessible. There is so much to see and do, and so many opportunities exist for persons with disabilities to participate fully in these activities. Through partnerships and programs by various agencies, municipalities and businesses there are paved trails, ramps, piers, and services that provide accessibility to folks who are confined to wheelchairs or require adaptive gear and / or assistance to get around.
